Wellbeing Consultancy
I offer consultancy services to help organisations design and deliver wellbeing strategies that truly work for their specific needs.
This begins with understanding the business from the inside out — its culture, ethos, and people — so that any approach is aligned and sustainable.
Support can include initial assessments, strategy development, training, coaching, or creating a programme of events and interventions that provide ongoing impact.
Rather than one-off initiatives, I take a holistic, long-term approach, embedding wellbeing as a consistent thread throughout the organisation.
The result is flexible, evolving support that strengthens employee wellbeing, enhances workplace culture, and drives meaningful, lasting change.
Speaking
I have to admit — this is my favourite part of the job.
There’s something powerful about standing in front of a room full of people, most of whom aren’t sure what to expect. Some are bracing for the usual corporate fluff. Polite nodding. Awkward questions at the end. Maybe even a discreet scroll through their inbox while they wait it out.
That’s not what happens.
Because I don’t deliver pre-packaged keynotes or rehearse the same slides on a loop. I come in with a point of view, a story or two, and a lot of questions. And then I listen.
The best talks feel more like conversations. They evolve in the moment. They respond to the people in the room. And they leave space for humour, honesty, and the kind of energy that can shift something real.
Whether I’m speaking to leaders, teams, or full conferences, my goal is simple: to help people feel seen, understood, and fired up to think — and act — differently.
